For real estate agents
How ZIP-exclusive lead sponsorship works
Only one agent can sponsor a given ZIP code on Nationwide Home Values at a time. Here's exactly how pricing, lead routing, and cancellation work, and how it compares to shared-lead and pay-per-click models.
What "one agent per ZIP" actually means
When a homeowner submits a home value request from a sponsored ZIP, that lead routes to the sponsoring agent only. It is never shown to a second agent, sold again, or entered into a bidding rotation. As long as your sponsorship is active, every home-value request generated in that ZIP is yours.
Why this matters: most real estate lead products sell the same homeowner's information to three, five, or more agents simultaneously. ZIP sponsorship inverts that. You're not competing with other agents for the same lead; you're the only agent that lead ever reaches.
How pricing works
Each ZIP has a flat monthly rate, from $39 to $89, based on local market size and demand. Every new sponsorship starts with a 30-day free trial. There's no per-lead fee and no referral fee owed at closing, regardless of how many leads a ZIP produces in a given month. You can pay monthly for flexibility, or annually at a discounted rate to lock in longer coverage.
- 30-day free trial: a card is required to start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Monthly billing: pay as you go, cancel anytime effective at the end of the current period.
- Annual billing: a discounted rate versus paying monthly, best for territory you plan to hold long-term.
- No per-lead charges: your cost doesn't change whether a ZIP produces one lead or twenty in a given month.
How lead routing and notifications work
When a homeowner in your sponsored ZIP submits a request, you're notified immediately by email, and the lead appears in your agent portal with the homeowner's contact details and any information they provided. There's no queue, no shared inbox, and no other agent sees the same request.
How this compares to shared-lead and PPC models
Traditional real estate lead generation (PPC lead buying, shared-lead marketplaces, portal-based lead programs) typically distributes the same homeowner's information to multiple agents who then compete to respond fastest. ZIP sponsorship is structured differently. Exclusivity is the product, not speed of response, and you're the only agent that lead will ever see for as long as you hold that ZIP.
Cancellation and what happens to a released ZIP
You can cancel at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your sponsorship stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then the ZIP returns to available inventory. There's no penalty for canceling and no obligation to give a reason.
Getting started
Most agents start with one or two ZIPs, typically where they already have local market knowledge or an existing presence. They evaluate lead quality and response results for a month or two, then expand into adjacent territories once the model proves out for their business.
Frequently asked questions
What does ZIP-code exclusivity mean for a real estate agent?
Only one agent can sponsor a given ZIP code at a time. When a homeowner in that ZIP requests a home value report, the lead routes to the sponsoring agent only. It is never shared, sold to multiple agents, or auctioned per-lead.
How is ZIP sponsorship priced?
Flat-rate pricing per ZIP, billed monthly or annually (annual includes a discount versus monthly). Pricing ranges from $39 to $89 per ZIP per month based on local market size and demand, every new sponsorship starts with a 30-day free trial, and there are no per-lead fees and no referral fees owed at closing.
How is this different from shared or PPC real estate leads?
Shared-lead and PPC models typically sell the same lead to multiple agents who compete for the homeowner's response. ZIP sponsorship instead grants one agent exclusive rights to every home-value request generated in that ZIP for as long as the sponsorship is active.
Can an agent cancel ZIP sponsorship?
Yes, at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the ZIP stays active through the end of the current billing period, then releases back into available inventory.
Can an agent start with just one ZIP?
Yes. Most agents start with one or two ZIPs, evaluate results, then expand once the model is proven for their market.
